Capturing Berlin’s Spirit: The Hoxton Hotel Illustrations by Kati Szilágyi

In the heart of Berlin’s chic Charlottenburg district, The Hoxton Hotel has recently unveiled some exciting new additions. While the hotel itself is already a work of art, they have amplified their guests’ stay by adding in some new illustrations, this special project being tackled by the talented Kati Szilágyi!

Kati brought her art to this wonderful hotel in a multitude of different ways. From keycards, to coasters, to their breakfast menus, and even an itinerary! The itinerary, used for the hotel’s opening ‘Sleepover Night’, included a sheet filled with all of the different fun activities guest can participate in during their stay to create unforgettable moments.

Kati drew a lot of her inspiration for her art from the surrounding Charlottenburg area, which is well-known for its historical landmarks and bright atmosphere. This inspiration is evident in the illustrations that capture iconic spots like Charlottenburg Palace, the serene Grunewald forest, and the bustling Kurfürstendamm (Ku’Damm) shopping street.

Each one of Kati’s illustrations tells a vivid story of not just the hotel, but the historic area the hotel is located in. Looking to elevate your next project with Kati’s artwork? Click the button down below!
