Building Bonds Through Nature: Diana’s Collaborative Project With Her Son

Our talented artists are always diving into exciting client projects, but they also spend a lot of time working on personal projects! Take Diana Beltrán Herrera, for example, who has embarked on a delightful journey with her trusty sidekick - her son!

Diana and her son have been venturing out into the wild, photographing every animal they could find during their daily explorations. What started as a simple bonding activity has blossomed into something truly enchanting — a pop-up style storybook about nature.

"My son loves nature. Every day we go for walks, in search of insects and other small creatures. I used to be really scared of insects all my life, but because of my son, I overcame my fear. Now, I love to explore and understand more about the small world and the little creatures inside of it." Diana shares, giving more insight into how this personal project started.

In this whimsical tale, Diana's son becomes the protagonist, venturing into a kingdom where he encounters and befriends the insects who call the kingdom their home. Diana shares that she "wants this story to be magical, and to be for children. I want the insects to have personalities, and to be like the people living in a kingdom."

This personal project is still in the works, but we can't wait to see the finished project!
